A patch test is required for new clients and those returning after 6 months (or with changes in medical history). This must be completed at least 48 hours prior to appointment.

Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy

Chill Out Spa requires a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the forefiture of your deposit. If no deposit has been taken Chill Out Spa reserves the right to request payment from you up to the value of 50% of the value of your booking. If the requisite 48 hours notice is given, you will receive a full refund of all deposit monies paid within 48 hours of cancellation. Vouchers may be used seven days a week, subject to availability. Reservations are required. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person and vouchers are transferable but cannot be combined with any subsequent offer. A Package voucher must be used by one person, in one visit. No cash value or cash back. All vouchers will expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
